Hmm.. awalnya gw ga tau kalo hari ini tu ultah nya borobudur.. Pas hari Selasa waktu ketemu sama pastry chef dari hotel ini, gw kan nnya cake apa yang enak disini, soalnya gw mw bli cake buat my mom  & dad anniversary.. Terus dia blg avocado chocolate nya enak, tapi tu baru keluar nya bulan depan, sama pabana violet.. trus gw tnya ada lagi ga yang enak buat sabtu ini, terus dia blg ada cake of the month nya enak.. tapi dia blg kalo dateng hr jumat pasti rame soalnya lagi ultah hotel and oxtail nya discount jadi 38k++...

Terus pas hari kamis, my sis blg katanya ternyata pastry nya jg disc 38%... Tapi emang rencananya mau beli cake nya hari jumat sih.. pas bgt.. asikk ada diskon.. :p

Gila.. ngantrinya mayan panjang buat masuk ke gourmet ini...

Mix Fruit Tart (regular price 30k, after disc 18.6k), this mix fruit tart taste good, I like the pastry cream.. The crust also taste good..

Cheese Brownies (regular price 30k, after disc 18.6k), this cheese brownies also taste good, the cheese very soft and cheesy.. yummyyyy.. the brownies in the bottom also taste good... but a bit hard..

Black Forest (regular price 30k, after disc 18.6k), I really like this black forrest, the cake very soft, moist, and light, and I can really taste the cherry.. yummy..

Opera (regular price 30k, after disc 18.6k), this opera also taste good, more delicious than opera cake at Pand'Or..

Chocolate Mousse (regular price 30k, after disc 18.6k), the mousse very soft and very chocolaty.. If you like chocolate, must try this.. My sis like this so much.. haha..

Tiramisu (regular price 30k, after disc 18.6k), hmm.. sorry to say.. this tiramisu really not good.. I don't like.. My sis and auntie also agree with me.. The best tiramisu still in Capocaccia....

Green Tea Tiramisu (regular price 30k, after disc 18.6k), hmm.. I can taste the green tea flavor, but not strong enough.. but the cake and the cream very soft.. like it..

Lychee Cake (regular price 30k, after disc 18.6k), even the color so scary.. PINK.. >.< but the taste quite okay.. but I can't really taste the lychee, but they put the real lychee fruit in the middle of the cake, but the lychee itself not taste sweet.. >.<

Durian Croissant (regular price 20k, after disc 12.4k), I really like this durian croissant... so yummy... but the durian already mixed with the croissant.. So there is no durian filling inside the croissant.. :D

Apricot Danish (regular price 15k, after disc 9.3k), hmm.. I don't really like it..

Brownies (regular price 12.5k, after disc 7.75k), I also like this brownies.. Yummy.. Its chewy and soft in the middle, crunchy on the top and bottom.. nyammm.. nyammm.. =9

Anw.. My plan today to buy the cake of the month for my mom & dad anniv is failed, its because the cake already sold out.. So.. tmr I'll come back again to buy that cake.. :D

Okay.. today is Saturday.. I went to gourmet again to buy the cake for my mom n dad..

Choclate Croquant Doughnut (15k), I like the doughnut, but the portion too big, I'm very full after ate this doughnut by myself.. The taste is nice.. I like it.. Anw.. croquant is crunchy in French. This is the name of combination of caramelized sugar and almond.. :D

Tadaaa.. this is the cake that I bought for my mom n dad anniversary.. This is the cake of the month of this hotel.. Chocolate Blackcurrant (245k), the size is 19 cm  x 16 cm... This is chocolate mousse, with black currant jelly in the middle and sable in the bottom... I ask for special decor.. :D

Thanks to the pastry chef.... ^^ Even though this is not decorated by him, but he help me to call his staff to do special decor for this cake.. :D

Oya.. for the taste.. I like the mousse and something below the currant jelly, its make the mousse have texture.. But i dont really like the currant jelly, its sour.. hahaha.. but if you eat all together, the flavor blend well.. :)
