Recipe : Home Made Uncooked Cheese Cake

Home Made Uncooked Cheese Cake

Sugar Dough
  - 25 gr soft butter
  - 25 gr margarine
  - 68 gr icing sugar
  - 1 pc egg
  - 150 gr soft flour
• Genoise White
  - 3.5 pcs eggs
  - 90 gr sugar
  - 90 gr medium flour (segitiga biru)
  - 50 gr melted butter
• Cream Cheese
  - 4 pcs egg yolk
  - 150 gr icing sugar
  - 7 pcs gelatin leaf
  - 80 ml water
  - 175 gr whipped cream
  - lemon zest
  - vanilla essence

How to Make:
• Sugar Dough
  1. Sift the flour on the bowl
  2. Fold in butter (cut into dice), margarine, and icing sugar into the bowl
  3. Rub in the soft flour and all the dry ingredients using your hand until the mixture resembles coarse crumb
  4. Fold in the egg, the rub in the dough until it mixture incorporated an the dough become together
  5. Form the dough into a stainless steal bowl, wrap the bowl with plastic wrap, then rest it around 15 minutes
  6. After it rested, roll the sugar dough like the genoise white size, then print with genoise white baking pan
  7. Then put in the pan and bake in 200ºC around 10-15 minutes (before bake, prick the sugar dough first)
Genoise White
  1. Mix the eggs and sugar in the bowl, then whisk it until soft peak (ribbon like pattern)
  2. Fold in 1/3 of medium flour into the whisked eggs & sugar using a large rubber spatula, then fold the remaining flour, after that fold in the rest (don't over mix or you will deflate the butter)
  3. Fold in the melted butter into the batter, then mix it with rubber spatula
  4. Prepare the pan (give margarine and baking paper so the cake will not stick with the pan)
  5. Pour the batter into the pan, then bake in 180ºC, 30 minutes
• Cream Cheese
  1. Bain-marie egg yolk and icing sugar until the volume increase and the sugar mix well
  2. Fold in the cream cheese into bain-marie mixture, then mix it
  3. Then put the gelatin leaf that already soaked with cold water, then mix it well
  4. Fold in whipped cream, lemon zest, and vanilla essence onto the mixture, mix it again

-> Put the sugar dough in the bottom of genoise white ring pan, then give the strawberry jam on it to make the sugar dough stick together with the genoise white. After that fold in the cream cheese, then put in the frozen till become hard. After it become hard, remove from the frozen and the ring, then garnish it with strawberry or blueberry or any kinds of fruits..

This is the cake still frozen in the ring

You see in the bottom one is sugar dough, look like black color is blueberry jam, above the blueberry jam is uncooked cheese, then top is strawberry.. hehe..

It's valentine day... Me and my best friend decided to have valentine dinner at Blue Erawan.. Firstly we don't know what kind of place is this.. We just found it in internet.. hehe..

Tom Yam Goong,  I forgot how much is the price.. But around or more than 60k.. But I really like the taste of the tom yam.. really rich and different from other tom yam.. =9

Oya.. this is a nice place to have a date.. Because the ambience like their cuisine: royal thai cuisine.. :)
But.. I just to tell you.. the price really pricey, especially for me which is still college student.. hehe..

White Hunter

This is also quite long time ago I tried, but just post now.. I post as the same date that I come to here..
Grilled Fresh Salmon with Special Sauce (68k), I like the salmon, I like the butter on the top of the salmon too.. And we can choose one side dish, and ofcourse I choose french fries.. 

House Salad (38k), I don't like and I'm not recommend this salad..

Fajitas d'Vaca (125k), I like this fajitas.. Very yummy.. hungry now.. >.< Anyway.. this is juicy grilled marinated beef steak with cheese, crispy beef bacon and fresh mushroom.. This is served with I forgot the name, like roti canai or pita bread, aaa.. really forgot the name..  huhu.. Sorry.. and served with 4 sauces, guacamole, mayonaise (if not wrong), tomato salsa, and one again I also forgot.. >.<

Aglio Olio (48k), personally don't really like..

White Hunter Ribs (295k - jumbo size), I like the potato wedges very  much.. really yummy... =9 The ribs also taste okay.. hehe.. But I'm not ribs lover.. hehe..

Steak Hotel by Holycow

Okay.. My sis agak bawel wanna try steak in Holycow because Holycow a bit happening in the twitter... And because the place near from our home.. So here we try..

I ordered Australiain Tenderloin 200gr (55k), I choose with mushroom sauce, and my sis ordered the same like me but with BBQ sauce.. Don't have the pic of her food.. Oya.. the steak a bit hard to cut (alot gitu), not tender.. hix.. But my mom steak New Zealand Rib Eye (50k), sorry don't have the picture, more tender than mine.. Next time I think I should order that.. before I forgot.. The specialities in here is their wagyu steak, but they out of stock when I wanna to order.hixx..

Oya.. FYI.. when we come there are already full and we need to wait until to be seated.. And we have to seat share the table with other people.. >.<

Finally.. I tried PEPeNERO.. I saw my friend in four square always check-in in this place, so I'm a bit curious.. hehe.. So I came to PEPeNERO in Energy Building.. I like the ambience in here, even sometime got quite a lot mosquitos.. hehe..

Complimentary Bread

Braceria (67k), this mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, imported beef steak sliced and parmigiana italiana.. I like this pizza.. Yummy.. Always order this every time I'm going to PEPeNERO.. Oya.. this is thin crisp pizza.. :)

Spaghetti Alla Marinara (45k)

Penne Boscaiola (59k)

Suffle Al Cioccolato, this is dark choco creamy souffle.. but more like choco molten or lava cake.. but I forgot the taste.. Already long time ago I came here.. >.<

This is complimentary, vodka with chocolate.. Personally, I don't like this, because very bitter.. >.<

Oya.. because I came here quite long time ago, so I forgot about the name and the price.. Sorry..
