MGM Patisserie

Day 4..

Single Origin Chocolate & Raspberry Cream Pastry on Shortbread (MOP 42) 

bottom-top, chocolate shortbread, nuts and raisin, I don't know what is the white one, but the top is chocolate mousse.. Overall taste good, I quite like it.. But the mousse not smooth enough and I can't taste the raspberry flavor..

Brazillian Coffee & Caramel (MOP 45)

Can really taste the coffee and the mousse more light and smooth than the single origin chocolate.. But I can't taste the caramel flavor..
